Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vicket ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organization owners, administrators, and members.
Description of Service
Vicket is a white-label customer support platform that enables businesses to manage support tickets, create help centers, build workflows, and embed branded support widgets on their websites. The Service is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS product.
Accounts and Organizations
To use Vicket, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account can create or join organizations, which serve as the primary unit of access and billing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited messages.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Upload malicious files, scripts, or content that could harm the Service or its users.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Intellectual Property
Vicket and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vicket and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The white-label components provided to you may be customized for your brand, but the underlying code and platform remain the property of Vicket.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including support tickets, customer information, and uploaded files. Vicket processes this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. The Free plan is available without a credit card.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to be retained.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, France.
