How billing works
Our billing system operates on a monthly subscription cycle. Each organization is billed once per month based on the active subscription plan and any applicable limits or usage.
When you subscribe to a plan, the billing date becomes your renewal date. From that point onward, charges will occur automatically every month on the same day.
If the renewal date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (for example the 31st), the charge will occur on the last valid day of that month.
What is included in billing
Your monthly charge depends on:
The selected plan
The number of resources allowed by the plan
Any additional usage exceeding plan limits
Plans define limits such as:
Number of agents
Number of connected websites
Automation workflows
Integrations
If usage exceeds the plan limits, the system may either:
Prevent additional usage until the next billing cycle
Require an upgrade to a higher plan
The exact behavior depends on the configuration of the organization.
