Billing operations
Billing actions are owner-only:
- Start checkout for plan upgrade
- Open billing portal
- Cancel subscription
- Resume subscription
Operational impact of limits
When a limit is reached, creation of the affected resource is blocked until:
- Capacity is freed, or
- The plan is upgraded
Plan gating is also used for premium features like workflows.
