Billing and Plans

Subscription model, plan limits, and owner-level billing operations.

Vicket applies plan limits to key operational resources.

Default subscription

New organizations start on the free plan.

Plan-gated resources

Depending on plan, limits apply to:

  • Agents
  • Websites
  • Teams
  • Workflows
  • Storage

Billing operations

Billing actions are owner-only:

  • Start checkout for plan upgrade
  • Open billing portal
  • Cancel subscription
  • Resume subscription

Operational impact of limits

When a limit is reached, creation of the affected resource is blocked until:

  • Capacity is freed, or
  • The plan is upgraded

Plan gating is also used for premium features like workflows.

Plan tiers

Vicket offers four subscription tiers:

PlanPriceAgentsWebsitesTeamsWorkflowsStorage

Growth19.99/mo53351 GB
Business49.99/mo151010255 GB
Enterprise149.99/moUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited25 GB

All prices are in euros and billed monthly. The Growth plan is the minimum tier required to access workflow automation. The Enterprise plan includes priority support and advanced integration capabilities.

Upgrading and downgrading

To change your plan, go to Settings > Billing (owner-only). Upgrades take effect immediately -- you gain access to the new limits right away and are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Before the downgrade applies, ensure your resource usage fits within the lower plan's limits. If you exceed the target plan's limits (e.g., you have 8 websites but are downgrading to Growth which allows 3), the downgrade will be blocked until you reduce usage.

Exceeding plan limits

When you reach a limit, the affected resource cannot be created. For example:

  • Hitting the agent cap prevents inviting new team members
  • Reaching the website limit blocks adding new websites
  • Storage limits prevent new file attachments on tickets

Existing resources continue to function -- nothing is deleted or disabled. You will see a banner in the dashboard indicating which limit is reached and how to resolve it.

Stripe billing portal

Vicket uses Stripe for payment processing. From Settings > Billing, owners can open the Stripe billing portal to:

  • Update payment method (card, SEPA)
  • Download invoices and receipts
  • View billing history
  • Manage subscription cancellation or resumption

All billing data is managed directly by Stripe. Vicket does not store card details.
